  Placed an order online 12/8, it said it would be delivered 12/11, I call the local store and told them that I wanted it before 12/11 and could I just pick it up there. They said yes I could. I go to the store and ask about it, they said I could not pick it up because I ordered it on line. I called the 1-800# they gave me and cancelled my order. Got a call 12/12 saying that my order would be delivered 12/14. It seem like the store could have done more and saved me a bunch of headaches. Plus they did not cancel my order when I asked them to. Glad I didn't purchase one from the store, I would have ended up with two of the items.

  I went in looking for one very specific item, spent nearly 30 minutes looking for it, and not once did one of the several employees who were milling about offer help. It seemed they actually went out of their way to avoid me. It's Sunday morning, so they aren't anywhere near busy. Looks like Amazon wins this customer's business. A simple "can we help you find what you are looking for" would have been great.
